ONE IN TWO.
Every second woman experiences changes or discomfort in her intimate area during her lifetime. And every second one doesn't talk about it – or isn't taken seriously.
Susanne Eschenburg M.D. saw this reality early on.Not theoretically, but in parallel in two worlds: in gynecology – and in an aesthetic practice where regenerative procedures were used daily.
DR O was born precisely from this combination. From gynecological understanding, aesthetic practice, and the consistent decision not to outsource intimate health, but to consider it. Today, Susanne Eschenburg is one of the few doctors in Europe who are allowed to offer these treatments at this level.
Our goal is to classify these changes and enable an individual decision.
Many women live for years with changes in their intimate area. After births, due to hormonal fluctuations – or simply because it “has always been that way.”Often, this is accepted.Sometimes, because it’s not talked about.Sometimes, because it’s not clear that something can be changed.Yet, much is treatable. And many things can feel different.
Vaginal dryness
It can manifest as a feeling of tension, friction, or burning – in everyday life or during sexual intercourse. It often occurs after hormonal changes.
Stress incontinence
A slight but bothersome urine loss when coughing, laughing or exercising is common – especially after childbirth or with increasing age.
Loss of libido
Many women describe a reduced sensation or the feeling of "feeling less" than before. This can develop insidiously and vary in intensity.
Pain or discomfort
These include pulling, burning, or stinging sensations, even without a visible cause. They are often difficult to classify and are tolerated for a long time.
Regeneration instead of symptom treatment
"I have been studying beautiful women for as long as I can remember. And at 41, I know: It's not smooth skin that truly makes us beautiful. It's the connection to ourselves. Aesthetics can support this – Botox and fillers are valuable tools, but they are only one part. The larger part is self-determination. And that is directly related to our sexuality and our intimate health. That's exactly why DR O exists."
MEDICAL BASIS
All treatments at DR O are based on PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and follow patented protocols. These protocols are among the few procedures in regenerative intimate medicine for which clinical studies are available and whose effectiveness has been proven. Ms. Susanne Eschenburg is the only doctor in Germany allowed to apply these protocols. The treatments aim to utilize the body's own regeneration processes, instead of treating symptoms exclusively with medication or hormones. The individual medical assessment is always at the forefront.
COURSE OF TREATMENT
Every treatment begins with a medical assessment. Not every change requires treatment – and not every patient is automatically treated.Based on the anamnesis, it is decided whether and which regenerative procedure is appropriate. The treatment itself is outpatient, structured, and focuses on tolerability. After the treatment, no longer downtime is usually required. The course is individually monitored.
